Rodrigo Carneiro Queirós is a Visual Artist and the founder of the Caldeiras Gallery/Studio. His artistic work exists at the confluence of numerous influences and techniques, encompassing reproduction, ready-made, classical themes adapted to contemporaneity, and branching out into painting, drawing, sculpture, installation, printmaking an cinema. He works in set design and art direction for Theater and Cinema projects for companies such as “Circolando,” “Devagar,” and the production company “Rua Escura.” Currently, he is conducting research for his doctoral degree in the Architecture Doctoral Program at FAUP.
